I realized that in order to continue I Stan the Prince,
I personally need more space and stability, both physically and mentally.
After a long period of careful consideration,
I have very cautiously decided to restart webtoon production
by working on another project first, even if only temporarily,
as had been suggested to me.
Through a new work,
I want to learn how to better manage my pace and accept compromise.
By establishing a healthier production rhythm and sense of balance,
I plan to return to I Stan the Prince again.
Exactly two years earlier, in January 2024, Zoo Sun had already shared a brief statement.
No further updates followed in the time between.
In both messages, the creator’s regret over being unable to continue the series is clearly felt:
“Episode 79 has been uploaded. After that, we will be going on a short hiatus.
You have waited for such a long time, and I feel sorry to bring such disappointing news so soon after returning.
Since I tend not to take good care of myself, it ends up affecting both my work and this series, and I keep letting down the people who help and cheer me on.
Recovery of my health is not something I can give a clear answer about, so I cannot say yet how long the hiatus will last.
But I will do my best to return as soon as possible.

I Stan the Prince: Official Notice from Mstoryhub
On January 10, 2024, Mstoryhub – Zoo Sun’s management and publisher – also issued a notice:
“Although the creator has been steadily producing manuscripts since returning, their health has recently deteriorated significantly. Given the current health condition, it has been judged difficult to continue additional work. Therefore, starting next week, the series will go on hiatus to allow time for recovery and reorganization.
The schedule for resuming serialization will be announced later through another notice. We sincerely ask for your continued love and support for I Stan the Prince and for artist Zoo Sun (죽선).”
This confirms that the hiatus is health-related and does not mean the series has been cancelled.
Revisions & Updates to Earlier Episodes
For readers who want to revisit the story while waiting, there have been official updates to existing chapters:
